Inps, with the message No. 4576 dated July 6th 2015, regarding the elevation of temporal limits of usability of parental leave from 8 to 12 years, and elevation of the time limits of compensation regardless of income conditions from 3 to 6 years, foreseen by Legislative Decree No. 80/2015, announced that pending adaptation of computer applications used  for the submission of the online application, it is allowed the submission of the application in paper using the template in evidence on the Institute’s website.

The Institute also noted that applications in paper should only be used by parents who are employees and who benefit from periods of parental leave from June 25th to December 31st 2015, for children aged between 8 and 12 years, or for minors in adoptions or foster children that lie between the 8th and the 12th year of entry into the family. The paper application may also relate to periods of parental leave enjoyed prior to the date of submission of the paper application, however starting from June 25th 2015.

The submission of the paper applications, for concerned parents this modality is allowed only for the month of July 2015.
